Evaluation of apartments

We have had an evaluation of our apartments and will adapt the rent thereafter, for each apartment.

Apartments will both rise and drop in value, the rent likewise. Because of this You will notice that after the raise in April there will be another small raise or reduction.

“Hyresgästförmedligen” knows about the evaluation and the increase of the rents in April have been negotiated with the evaluation in mind for each apartment.

When it comes to raising the rent, we have tried to spread it out over several years as to not affect You too much, as we are fully aware that it affects the private economy. It should be max 50 SEK per month, unless a mistake has slipped in.

When it comes to the decrease in rent, we have lowered the full amount immediately.

With this letter we are also sending you the invoices for June, July, August and September immediately and from now on we will, again, continue to send the invoices three months at a time.

There is the possibility to get the invoices sent per e-mail or “autogiro”.
